Grow the Pityrogramma Calomelanos in a bright spot with little or partial direct sun. They will tolerate sun a little more than most other ferns. You can also sprits it now and then to give it some humidity.
Water & Soil
Water generously once you notice the pot drying out, continuing until water runs out of drainage holes at the bottom. Don’t make it too soggy. Just make sure you drain the water out.
Pets
Although we have found no reports of toxicity for this species, a number of ferns contain carcinogens so some caution is advisable.
Note: Our plants are sold in nursery pots, unless specified differently. Our nursery pots vary in colour, and will be either black, white, green or terracotta.
