Shipping Policy

Due to Covid-19, our delivery times might be longer than usual. Please give us 5 – 10 working days lead time on orders as most products are made to order and plants needs to be sourced in some cases.

General

Please note that when you place an order from our e-commerce shop, make sure that you can accept the delivery at the shipping address provided in your order and at any time between 7am and 6pm. If you can not accept the delivery at the details provided, please make sure you leave a note for us on the order page with the date that you prefer us to deliver. If you leave the notes field empty, your order will be shipped as soon as we can get it out. If you have ordered plants, and there is no one available at the provided address, the plants will go back to the courier hub and might stay for a number of days. If the plants dry out in this process, we can not take responsibility to replace the plants or offer a refund.

Delivery rates

Free delivery applies to any orders that are over R800!

Gauteng: R90 standard 2 – 5 day delivery.

Outside of Gauteng – R130 standard 2 – 5 day delivery.

When you check out your cart, the delivery charge will be added when you enter your address. Free delivery will be added automatically when your total is R800 or more.

We deliver to main centers and towns only. We do not deliver to rural or outlying areas, please contact us if you are unsure.

Normal delivery times

Please note due to Covid-19, our delivery times are longer than usual. Please allow 5 – 10 working days.

Gauteng

2 – 5 working days. Please note that if you would like your order to arrive by Friday, you will need to place it early by at least Tuesday.

Outside of Gauteng

2 – 5 working days. If you would like your order delivered in the same week, please make sure you place your order on Tuesday before 11:00.

Please note that we do not deliver over weekends. We also do not deliver to P O Boxes.

When you place an order, please make sure there are someone at the receiving address to accept the order and that you have communicated this with them.

Please also make triple sure that when you placed your order, you checked the delivery address on the order, the spelling of it, your correct phone number and email address so that we can contact you if we need any information from you.

Returns

We offer a 72 hour refund policy if one of your plants arrived damaged, your pots arrived broken, or any other products that did not arrive as advertised. Please send us a picture of your item and your order number within 72 hours to hello@wickedgood.co.za. You you can send a WhatsApp to the number on our contact page. We will either replace the product, refund the product or give you a store voucher.

If you are unhappy with your choice, you can return the product to us in the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the delivery charge to return the product to us and for us to send a different product. Our normal shipping fees will apply which is stated above under delivery rates.
